As part of the reaccreditation process, TZMMS underwent a rigorous, unannounced on-site survey on 4/30/2026. Joint Commission surveyors evaluated our compliance with established healthcare quality and safety standards, including technology infrastructure, credentialing, patient safety, and emergency management.
The survey included on-site observations and interviews designed to identify performance strengths and opportunities for continued improvement.
Successfully completing the reaccreditation process demonstrates that TZMMS continues to meet Joint Commission standards and reinforces our commitment to maintaining a culture centered on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
