The 2025 TZ Medical Sales Internship: Excellence in Action

As we close out the 2025 TZ Medical Sales Internship, our team is celebrating an extraordinary milestone: our interns have officially wrapped up their final gauntlets, demonstrated tremendous growth, and have now been hired into full-time roles at TZ Medical. Next week, they’ll be heading into their new territories—prepared, confident, and ready to make an impact.

This year’s group set a new standard of excellence. Their dedication, adaptability, and hunger for growth were evident from day one, and watching each of them evolve into polished, capable sales professionals has been nothing short of inspiring.

Recognized as one of the Top Ten Internship Programs for College Graduates by Breaking Into Device, the TZ Medical Sales Internship continues to gain national attention. With more than 250 applications for the 2025 cohort, nearly double the previous year, the selection process was more competitive than ever. After a rigorous interview cycle involving multiple managers and sales representatives, we welcomed ten exceptional interns who exemplified the values, energy, and drive of TZ Medical.

Throughout the summer, these interns immersed themselves in a robust curriculum that included clinical and sales training, cold calling, in-field ride-alongs, and live procedure observations with Dr. Mary Costantino at  Advanced Vascular Centers. Their weekly competitions pushed them to refine their skills under pressure, sharpen their teamwork, and ultimately shine in their final evaluations.

Beyond the classroom and clinical settings, the interns made the most of their time in Portland—bonding over weekend adventures, evenings at Three Mermaids, and countless shared experiences that forged true friendships. Those connections have already become part of what makes this program so special, and they will undoubtedly strengthen our culture for years to come.

Now, as they head into their new roles across the country, we couldn’t be more excited to watch them carry the TZ Medical mission into their territories. Their passion and performance throughout the summer leave no doubt—they are ready.

Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to announce that applications for the 2026 TZ Medical Sales Internship will open at the end of November. With the remarkable momentum of this year’s class, we expect next year’s program to be our most competitive and inspiring yet.
